After this, another video about quiet quitting was made by career coach Bryan Creely. In the video, he said that this strategy is not for those who want to climb the corporate ladder but is for those people who don't want to do it and are currently feeling burnt out.&nbsp;
Ever since then, several people started making videos on this trend and also started practising it.&nbsp;

According to several studies, maintaining a work-life balance can help to boost mental health. Amidst the time, when people got exhausted working from home for 12-16 hours during the pandemic, this trend is giving them some relief as now all they seek is balance in their life.&nbsp;
