<h3>How to make the batter</h3>
To make the batter, whisk together &nbsp; 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (maida)&nbsp; 1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch and NOT corn meal)&nbsp; 1/2 cup water&nbsp;
Give it a good mix until smooth, then stir in about 2-2.5 cups of your favourite veggies, like spring onions, carrots, tomatoes and onions. Add salt according to your taste.&nbsp;
<h3>Preparation</h3>
Heat 1-2 tablespoon of oil in a non stick pan&nbsp; Spread the batter evenly into a round shape, flattening it with the back of your spatula.
Lower the flame and cook on both sides evenly. Add a bit more oil if required and let the veggies cook properly and when it turns crunchy, serve with a dip sauce. &nbsp;
<h3>Recipe for dipping sauce</h3>
To prepare the sauce, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, a few sesame seeds and Korean spice gochugaru or chilli flakes. &nbsp;

There are several food videos that make rounds on the internet but some of them make you stop scrolling and think. One such food video is pancake spaghetti and it is being called the latest breakfast trend.&nbsp;
In the viral videos people are seen making batter for pancakes and then using it to make thin stripes and eat it from a bowl. People can also be seen topping these pancake spaghetti with maple syrup or powdered sugar.&nbsp;
As soon as the videos went viral, they stirred the internet. While for some it isn't that bad but others have criticised this bizarre combination.&nbsp;

Combine 1&thinsp;&frac12; cups refined flour, 3&thinsp;&frac12; tsp baking powder, &frac14; tsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl. Mix well.&nbsp;
Step 2&nbsp;
Next, pour in the 1 cup milk, 1 egg and 3 tbsp melted butter into the bowl. Give the mixture a good stir.&nbsp;
Step 3&nbsp;
Place a frying pan over medium heat and pour 1 tbsp oil on it. Pour &frac14; cup of the batter onto the pan for each pancake. &nbsp;
