In his complaint. Peak has alleged Minaj invited him to her hotel only to mock him on Instagram LIVE. It's not the first time Minaj has landed in unexpected trouble. During Nicki Minaj&rsquo;s Pink Friday 2 tour in Birmingham at Resorts World Arena, the rapper took a poignant moment to honour the late Princess Diana. Despite being only 14 when Diana died, Minaj called her a &lsquo;dear friend.&rsquo;

Nicki's airport detention became the top trend of the day. During a live stream, officials approached her for a bag check, which she alleged was preplanned. This incident led to the cancellation of her scheduled performance at Co-op Live Arena on May 25. After paying a fine of &euro;350, she was released and allowed to continue her journey. She announced her rescheduled performance at the Manchester venue for the following Monday via social media, writing, &lsquo;I apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused. I really hope you can make the June 3rd show. It'll be really special.&rsquo;
According to Dutch police, the rapper was found with between 30 and 100 grams of marijuana, but she claimed it belonged to a security guard. &lsquo;I&rsquo;ll let the lawyers and God handle this,&rsquo; she wrote on X. &lsquo;They knew exactly how to get to me today, but this too shall pass,&rsquo; she added.

Nicki Minaj was reportedly arrested last night in Amsterdam for carrying drugs. The popular rapper was on her way to perform a concert in the United Kingdom when the said arrest happened. &nbsp;

The rapper went live on Instagram and documented the entire incident. The video clips of her Instagram live soon went viral on social media. In the viral clip, an airport officer is heard saying that he wants to take Minaj into custody for the possession of drugs. The rapper could also be heard arguing that she did not have any contraband. &ldquo;I&rsquo;m not going in there. I need a lawyer present,&rdquo; Minaj can be heard saying as the authorities asked her to get inside the vehicle and stop the recording. She goes on to ask, &ldquo;Oh, so I&rsquo;m under arrest?&rdquo; In response, the officer says, &ldquo;Yes.&rdquo; The viral clip ends at Minaj stepping inside the police van. The pop star said that the marijuana found in her baggage belonged to one of her security guards. &nbsp; According to reports, despite the uncertainty following her arrest, Co-Op Live, opened its doors.

Later, the rapper took to her official X handle to disclose that she was sitting in a jail cell for 5-6 hours before arriving in Manchester. In her long note, she claimed that the entire incident was an attempt to sabotage her concert. She assured her fans to make up for the cancelled concert and wrote, &ldquo;I&rsquo;ll find a way to not only make up the date with the performance but I&rsquo;m going to create an added bonus for everyone that had a tkt for this show. Promise.&rdquo; Minaj also said that she would still be performing at the 2nd Manchester show on the 30th and Birmingham tomorrow.&nbsp;

Minaj made headlines earlier this week when she noted in a tweet to her more than 22.6 million followers that the Met Gala required attendees to be vaccinated, and that she wouldn't get the shot until "I feel I've done enough research." 
In another tweet, the rapper shared an unverified story about a cousin's friend in Trinidad. who "became impotent" and "his testicles became swollen" after receiving the shot.
The Biden administration meanwhile has used new ways to refute disinformation and reach young vaccine skeptics. Earlier this year, US officials invited teen pop star Olivia Rodrigo to the White House to show her support for the shot.
