K-pop group NewJeans is taking some big steps amid the ongoing feud between their parent company HYBE and their company ADOR&rsquo;s former CEO. NewJeans members and their parents reportedly held an emergency meeting with the new CEO of ADOR. &nbsp;
The emergency meeting comes after the group&rsquo;s bombshell guirella livestream on September 11 where they gave an ultimatum to HYBE for reinstating Min Hee Jin as their company ADOR&rsquo;s CEO. &nbsp;
NewJeans and their parents reportedly met new ADOR CEO, Kim Joo Young ahead of the September 25 deadline that the group gave HYBE in their livestream. According to reports, they have reiterated their demand of bringing back Min Hee Jin. However the outcome of the meeting has not been announced yet. &nbsp;
Earlier, responding to the shocking livestream of NewJeans, HYBE CEO Lee Jae Sang had said that the HYBE is a company that follows rules. Meanwhile, ADOR&rsquo;s former CEO Min Hee Jin filed an injunction plea on September 12, demanding her reinstatement as ADOR&rsquo;s CEO.

Popular K-pop girl group NewJeans is openly rebelling against HYBE. On September 11, NewJeans members made a new channel and went live on YouTube and gave an ultimatum of 2 weeks to music giant HYBE. &nbsp;
The group wants HYBE to restore Min Hee Jin as their company ADOR&rsquo;s CEO. In their explosive disclosure, the members revealed instances where they faced mistreatment in the HYBE and called the company inhumane. The girls claimed that they learnt about Min Hee Jin&rsquo;s dismissal through an article. &nbsp;
Responding to the surprise livestream, HYBE held a shareholders meeting on September 12. The new HYBE CEO Lee Jae Sang reportedly said that HYBE is a company that follows rules. &nbsp;
According to reports, NewJeans members could take the legal route to terminate their contract with HYBE in case their demands are not met. &nbsp;
On August 27, Min Hee Jin was removed as the CEO of ADOR following months long power tussle with the parent company HYBE. &nbsp;

In a shocking turn of events, the K-pop girl group, NewJeans, received a death threat ahead of their concert in Japan. On Monday, a post was made online featuring a photo of a knife with the caption suggesting that it would be used to attack NewJeans, sending chills across the girl group's fans. ADOR, NewJeans' agency, has now addressed the untoward account with a statement.&nbsp;
<h3>Threat to NewJeans' security&nbsp;</h3>
On June 24, &nbsp;NewJeans, the budding girl group under HYBE Corporation, faced a harrowing incident ahead of their Japan concert. According to K-media reports, an individual entered the concert venue wielding a knife and also shared a post on an online platform. He captioned the photo, "When I get off the NewJeans Van, I will let you go one by one," sparking concern among the group's fans and the K-pop community.&nbsp;
<h3>ADOR'S statement</h3>
On Tuesday, ADOR, in a statement, said, &ldquo;Currently, we are preparing enhanced safety measures with the Japanese concert planning company. At the same time, in Korea, the police are investigating, and we are actively participating in the investigation. We are making every effort to ensure that the artists can participate in scheduled activities safely.&rdquo;
NewJeans will hold their first Japanese fan meeting--Bunnies Camp 2024, at the Tokyo Dome on June 26-27.

<h2>NewJeans members support ADOR CEO&nbsp;</h2>
NewJeans is a South Korean girl group, which is managed by ADOR. The popular girl group members, Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein have voiced their support for their company&rsquo;s CEO Min Hee Jin. All the five members have reportedly submitted petition letters to the court. &nbsp;
According to South Korean media outlets, NewJeans members filed a petition on May 17, during the first trial between HYBE and ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin. This is the first official move by the girl group&rsquo;s members amid the power tussle between their company and its parent label. &nbsp; Earlier, NewJeans members&rsquo; parents had come out in support of ADOR CEO. They had accused HYBE Chairman Bang Si-Hyuk of mistreatment and alleged that the group&rsquo;s concepts were blatantly copied for the other rookie group. &nbsp;
<h2>More about HYBE Vs ADOR court battle&nbsp;</h2>
ADOR CEO had filed a case to prevent HYBE from using voting rights at the upcoming shareholders meeting on May 31. Since HYBE holds 80 per cent stakes in ADOR, Min Hee Jin will likely be removed from her position in the meeting. HYBE will have to provide evidence against Min Hee Jin in court to be able to exercise their voting rights to terminate her. &nbsp;

For the unversed, it all began when HYBE detected alleged attempts by its subsidiary ADOR&rsquo;s CEO to takeover and gain full independence of the company. This was followed by an audit on ADOR CEO and a counter press conference by her, levelling several allegations. HYBE has alleged that Min Hee Jin conspired with a shaman before taking several key decisions and also asked her to perform black magic to make BTS enlist for military service. &nbsp; &nbsp;

NewJeans member Hyein has suffered a 'microfracture in foot' during practice, her agency ADOR shared in a statement. She will temporarily take a break from all activities as she has been advised to limit her movement as much as possible. Her focus will currently be on recovery and recuperation.
The full official statement read, &lsquo;Hello. This is ADOR. We regret to bring you unfortunate news regarding NewJeans member Hyein. She will be taking a break from her activities due to an injury sustained during practice. Pain in the top of her foot during practice prompted her to [go to] the hospital, where she underwent a thorough examination and discovered a microfracture in her foot.&rsquo;
It also added, &lsquo;The medical staff advised her to limit her movement as much as possible until she recovered. Accordingly, Hyein will pause her activities and focus on recovery and recuperation. We will do our very best to support Hyein so she can resume her activities in good health. Thank you.&rsquo;

According to the report, NewJeans is set to make a comeback with a double single on May 24 this year, leaving them with approximately a month and a half before their return.
NewJeans is a South Korean girl group formed by ADOR, consisting of five members: Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein. The group made their debut on July 22, 2022, with the single &lsquo;Attention,&rsquo; followed by two other singles, &lsquo;Hype Boy&rsquo; and &lsquo;Cookie.&rsquo; In January 2023, they achieved commercial success with their first single album, &lsquo;OMG,&rsquo; which included the singles &lsquo;Ditto&rsquo; and &lsquo;OMG.&rsquo;
