The court also modified another condition laid down in the bail order that required him to furnish his itinerary to the NCB every time he travels out of Mumbai.
"The applicant need not submit his itinerary if he is travelling to Delhi for recording his statement. He shall submit his itinerary to the NCB in case of any other travel outside Mumbai," Justice Sambre said.

Aryan Khan was granted bail by the HC in the case on October 28. One of the conditions imposed on him was that he should appear before the NCB's south Mumbai office every Friday to mark his presence.
The 23-year-old last week filed an application seeking waiver of this condition on the ground that the case is now being probed by a Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the NCB's Delhi office.
"The NCB's Mumbai office has now nothing to do with the case. My client (Aryan) has been cooperating with the probe and has, in fact, also appeared before the SIT probing the case and recorded his statement," Aryan Khan's counsel Amit Desai argued.
He said Aryan Khan has no hesitation to appear before the NCB's SIT at Delhi as and when summons are issued to him.

NCB's advocate Shreeram Shirsat told the court that the agency does not have any objection to the modification.
"However, the applicant should appear before the NCB's SIT as and when summoned either in Mumbai or Delhi," Shirsat told the court.
Desai further argued that every time Aryan Khan appears before the NCB's office in Mumbai, there is a huge crowd and he has to be accompanied by police personnel, which causes unnecessary hassle.
Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on October 3 on charges of alleged possession, consumption and sale/purchase of drugs following a raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.
He was granted later granted bail by the HC, which had imposed 14 conditions on him.
He was asked, among other things, to appear before the NCB every Friday, not to leave Mumbai without informing the agency and not to leave India without permission from the special NDPS court.

On Wankhede, Malik claimed the officer wore a trouser worth a lakh, a shirt costing over Rs 70,000 and watches worth Rs 25-50 lakh.
&ldquo;How can an honest and upright officer claim to afford such expensive clothes,&rdquo; he said.
&ldquo;He (Wankhede) extorted crores by wrongly framing people,&rdquo; Malik said, adding the NCB official had a private army to do the job. Malik claimed that Wankhede implicated people in fake cases.
Malik also claimed that since the last 15 days, there are three containers with drugs lying at the JNPT. He questioned why no action has been taken by the Department of Revenue Intelligence on this.

A private investigator and controversial witness in the Aryan Khan drug case, Kiran Gosavi, has been detained by Pune Police.
Gosavi, who was seen in a viral selfie with Aryan Khan after his arrest in the drugs-on-cruise case, was absconding for many days.
NCB had listed Gosavi as an independent witness in the cruise raid. He was seen escorting Aryan Khan after the raid.
Gosavi's bodyguard Prabhakar Sail had alleged that he had struck a deal for Rs 18 crore to release Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan after the raid, adding that Rs 8 crores from the bribe money were to go to NCB officer Sameer Wankhede.
Both Gosavi and Wankhede have denied the allegation.
Gosavi has demanded that Sail's call records should be investigated to find the truth about the bribe allegation.
Kiran Gosavi has been on the run since questions were raised on his presence at the NCB office after Aryan Khan's arrest. He earlier tried to surrender at a Lucknow police station citing threat to his life in Maharashtra, but was not allowed to.
Gosavi has also been accused of duping a Pune man on the pretext of getting him a job in Malaysia. A look out notice was issued against him to stop him from leaving the country.

Gosavi's bodyguard Prabhakar Sail had alleged that he had struck a deal for Rs 18 crore to release Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan after the raid, adding that Rs 8 crores from the bribe money were to go to NCB officer Sameer Wankhede. Both Gosavi and Wankhede have denied the allegation.

Kiran Gosavi has been on the run since questions were raised on his presence at the NCB office after Aryan Khan's arrest. He earlier tried to surrender at a Lucknow police station citing threat to his life in Maharashtra, but was not allowed to.

Singh said the NCB team collected some crucial documents of the case from the (western) zone office.
"Taking ahead the investigation we recorded statement of Sameer Wankhede for four-and-a-half-hours during which he has shared many things before the team. We will collect some more documents from him in the coming time, and if required, we will get more information from him," Singh told media persons.
Wankhede's statement was recorded at the NCB's office in Ballard Estate in south Mumbai and the CRPF mess in suburban Bandra. When asked whether Wankhede will continue to probe the cruise drugs seizure case, Singh said, "let the investigation go ahead. If I have something concrete then only I will be able to submit a report to my DG".
He also appealed to K P Gosavi, the absconding witness of NCB in the cruise drugs case, and Prabhakar Sail, another independent witness in the case, to join the enquiry.
"If they had any complaints or allegations they can approach us and record their statements," he said.
Sail had alleged that he had overheard Gosavi speaking over the phone about the Rs 25 crore demand out of which "Rs 8 crore are to be given to Sameer Wankhede". Responding to a query, Singh said, "We want to conduct an impartial and independent inquiry and that's why we chose different locations for camping rather than the NCB zonal office".
This is an independent place and they (witnesses) can discuss their complaints without any fear before the special team, he said while referring to the CRPF facility in Bandra.
"Gosavi and Sail can join the investigation tomorrow or a day after tomorrow and share whatever they want to with the Special Enquiry Team, preferably in the first half of the day," Singh said.
He said the NCB had requested its South West region office to serve notices to the key witnesses- Sail and Gosavi.
"An NCB team tried to serve notices to both the witnesses, but found the residence of one of them locked while the other witness cannot be contacted," the DDG said.
Singh said the NCB tried its best to contact Sail and Gosavi on their phone numbers and at the residential addresses as per NCB record, but couldn't contact them.

On Monday, he failed to get any relief related to an affidavit on the sensational extortion claims made by Sail, with a special court saying it cannot pass a blanket order barring courts from taking cognisance of the document.

He also faces allegations from Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik that range from extortion to illegal phone tapping and cornering quota meant for Scheduled Castes through forged documents.
Sameer&nbsp;Wankhede&nbsp;visited the <a href="https://www.editorji.com/india-news/drugs-on-cruise-case-witness-prabhakar-sail-records-statement-in-front-of-mumbai-police-1635301228941">NCB</a>&nbsp;headquarters in Delhi on Tuesday but denied being summoned by the top bosses.&nbsp;

Rohatgi&nbsp;said, the none of the&nbsp;Whatsapp&nbsp;chats being&nbsp;cited by the&nbsp;NCB, which were&nbsp;recovered from my phone, relate to cruise party. Rohatgi argued, that there is no case that any of those chats had anything to do with onset of this whole saga, and hence the charge of conspiracy, doesn't stick.
Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3, after the NCB&nbsp;busted a rave party on a Goa-bound cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai, following which Aryan Khan&nbsp;and several others were arrested. Aryan has been in jail for over 20 days.&nbsp;

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), on October 2, took Aryan into custody after raiding a cruise ship en route to Goa from Mumbai and placed him under arrest on October 3.
The NCB charged Aryan with offences under the NDPS Act, for possessing, distributing and consuming drugs.
