Telugu cinema star Jr NTR said he got to learn a lot from his "War 2" co-star Hrithik Roshan, as he completed shooting for the film.
Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the movie is a sequel to the 2019 film "War", which featured Roshan in the role of RAW agent Major Kabir Dhaliwal. The upcoming film also stars Kiara Advani and is slated to hit the big screen on August 14.
NTR shared the news on his Instagram story on Monday evening.
"And It's a wrap for #War2! So much to take back from this one... It's always a blast being on set with @hrithikroshan Sir. His energy is something I have always admired. There is so much I have learned from him on this journey of 'War 2'. @ayan_mukerii has been amazing. He has truly set the stage for a big surprise package for the audience," the 42-year-old actor wrote.
"A big thanks to the entire @yrf team and all our crew for the love and effort. Can't wait for all of you to experience this high on August 14th," he added.
"War 2" promises to deliver six major action sequences shot across five countries over 150 days. The movie is scheduled for release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages and is a part of "YRF Spy Universe".
The "YRF Spy Universe" also includes Salman Khan&rsquo;s "Tiger" movies and Shah Rukh Khan&rsquo;s "Pathaan". The next instalment in the franchise is "Alpha", starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari.

Yash Raj Films on Tuesday unveiled the official teaser of "War 2", the studio's sixth entry in the ambitious spy universe that pits Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR against each other.
Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the movie is a sequel to the 2019 film "War", which featured Roshan in the role of RAW agent Major Kabir Dhaliwal.
The teaser begins with a voice-over of NTR, who is making his Bollywood debut with the movie.
"I have been watching you for a long time, Kabir. India's best soldier, RAW's best agent, but not anymore. You don't know me, but soon will, get ready for the war," he says.
The teaser features high-octane visuals, intense action sequences and a gripping face-off between the two leads.
Also starring Kiara Advani, "War 2" promises to deliver six major action sequences shot across five countries over 150 days.
The movie is scheduled for release in Hindi, Tamil &amp; Telugu on August 14, 2025.

Jr NTR-Janhvi Kapoor&rsquo;s upcoming yet-to-be-titled Telugu project was officially launched on Thursday with a pooja ceremony. Filmmaker SS Rajamouli, who was the special guest at the event, clapped the first shot, following which the shooting started. The project, directed by Koratala Siva, is currently dubbed NTR 30. It marks the Telugu debut of the &lsquo;Dhadak&rsquo; actor. Pictures and videos from the event are being widely shared online.
In one of the pictures, Jr NTR can be seen welcoming Janhvi for the launch as he shook hands with her. &nbsp;In another photo, the actors can be seen joining Rajamouli on stage as he claps the first shot and announces the commencement of the shoot.

The 'Dhadak' actor added, 'I manifested it. I prayed every day for it. In every interview, I used to say that I want to work with NTR sir. This film might be the first time this (approach) worked for me. I do believe that what you put in the universe is what you attract. I have learnt to be always positive and do your work. Actors Ram Charan and Jr NTR were supposed to perform &lsquo;RRR&rsquo;s &lsquo;Naatu Naatu&rsquo; song live at Oscars 2023, but they backed out due to multiple reasons with one of them being that they were not comfortable performing the foot-tapping number live onstage.
Raj Kapoor, who was one of the producers at the Oscars awards ceremony, said that the initial plan was to make the track&rsquo;s original singers Kaala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj sing live, and have the lead actors perform on stage with a group of dancers.
In an interview with The Academy, Raj said, &lsquo;Originally, the two leads were going to be the stars of the number alongside the singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava. The show was very instrumental in helping secure working visas for their team to be able to come to the US to be a part of the performance...Once we had the musical edit approved by MM Keeravaani, we did late night Zoom calls with the choreography team in India and Los Angeles. We shared casting choices, costume design ideas, and stage renderings with the team from India.&rsquo;
He added, &lsquo;In late February, we were informed that Ram Charan and NT Rama Rao Jr would be attending the Oscars, but they did not feel comfortable performing the live number on stage. The change was brought on because of their other professional commitments and the limited amount of time to rehearse.&rsquo;
Raj said, &lsquo;The original number was workshopped and rehearsed for two months and was shot over a period of 15 days. The Naatu Naatu performance for the Oscars was rehearsed in Los Angeles with professional dancers for a total of 18 hours of rehearsal and one 90-minute camera blocking.&rsquo;
