A day after their crew members alleged non-payment of salaries for months, reports have emerged that Vashu Bhagnani and Jackky Bhagnani have sold the office building of Pooja entertainment.&nbsp;

Vashu Bhagnani and Jackky Bhagnani owned Pooja Entertainment&rsquo;s financial troubles have been the talk of the town since some of the staff members came forward to reveal that their salaries have not been paid for many months. In the latest, a report has emerged suggesting that Bhagnanis have taken a big step to pay off their debts.&nbsp;
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Vashu Bhagnani has sold his seven-floor office of production house Pooja Entertainment to a builder. The building will reportedly be demolished, and a residential project will be made on the land. The report quoting sources said that the office building has been sold for approximately Rs 250 crores. &nbsp;
<h2>Lay-offs to cut down cost&nbsp;</h2>
The report also suggests that Vashu Bhagnani has sacked almost 80% of the staff and shifted operations to a 2BHK apartment Juhu. The production house began lay-offs in January 2024 and further cut down on staff in April after the &lsquo;Bade Miyan Chote Miyan&rsquo; disaster. The film was made with a massive budget of Rs 350 crores; however it could only manage to earn Rs 59.17 crores. &nbsp;
The production house, which was set up in 1986, is known for making superhit films like &lsquo;Coolie No. 1&rsquo;, &lsquo;Biwi No. 1&rsquo;, &lsquo;Hero No. 1&rsquo; and &lsquo;Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein&rsquo;. However, with a series of major flops, it has been facing a major financial crisis. The production house has seen back-to-back flops with &lsquo;Bell Bottom&rsquo;, &lsquo;Mission Raniganj&rsquo;, &lsquo;Ganapath&rsquo; and then &lsquo;Bade Miyan Chote Miyan&rsquo; hit the final nail in the coffin and the debt has now reportedly mounted to several crores. &nbsp;
<h2>Staff called out on social media&nbsp;</h2>
Ruchita Kamble, a crew member of Pooja Entertainment, took to Instagram to bring attention to the staff&rsquo;s woes. In a long post, she called the company unprofessional and unethical and asked everyone not to work with them. &nbsp;

For the uninitiated, in 2017, Jackky had gained some weight after he broke his knee. However, the actor lost 15 kgs in 21 days. Let us know more about his weight-loss journey!
<h3>Jackky Bhagnani's fitness routine</h3>
Jackky lost 15 kgs in 21 days. He weighed around 91-92 kgs before his weight loss. After he lost oodles of weight, the actor weighed 77 kg. He began his work out sessions as early as 5 AM every morning. He would perform empty stomach cardio for two hours until sunrise. The actor lost around 8-9 percent of body fat during this weight-loss journey.
After his cardio, Jackky used to return home and treat himself to his first meal of the day. Following that, he would concentrate on working on one body part in the afternoon.&nbsp;
Speaking about his fitness routine the actor said, "I would wear warm clothes while doing cardio because if you stay warm, you end up losing that much more water."&nbsp;
The actor would do exercise for at least 4-5 hours.
He would also make sure to get ample rest and sufficient sleep. He revealed that a minimum of eight hours of sleep is required when doing rigorous exercise.
The actor also followed a keto diet. A ketogenic diet, commonly known as the keto diet, is a high-fat, low-carbohydrate eating plan designed for weight loss.

A songwriter and former model based in Mumbai has filed an FIR against 9 well established biggies who are also part of the Bollywood industry for raping and molesting her.
According to Mid-day reports, the model had recorded her statement on May 18 which has named Bollywood actor Jackky Bhagnani and 8 other people which include&nbsp;Bollywood photographer Colston Julian, Krishnan Kumar of T series, Anirban Das Blah who is the co-founder of Kwan, a talent management company.
The FIR has been registered under Sections 376 (n) (commits rape repeatedly on the same woman) and 354 (molestation) of the Indian Penal Code.&nbsp;
However, no arrests have been made as of now.

According to Mid-day reports, the model who recorded her statement on May 18 named actor Jackky Bhagnani and 8 other people including&nbsp;Bollywood photographer Colston Julian, Krishnan Kumar of T series, co-founder of Kwan,&nbsp;Anirban Das Blah.
The FIR states that&nbsp;Jackky Bhagnani molested the victim in Bandra.
According to the FIR, the victim claims that the incidents of alleged sexual harassment have taken place since 2015.
