Bravo's last season of Caribbean Premier League was cut short due to an injury that he sustained earlier this week.

World Cup-winning West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo has announced his retirement from all forms of cricket and will join IPL side Kolkata Knight Riders as a mentor.
The 40-year-old thus replaces Gautam Gambhir, who left the role to take over as India head coach earlier this year.
Bravo's last season of Caribbean Premier League was cut short due to an injury that he sustained earlier this week.
"Today is the day I say goodbye to the game that has given me everything," he wrote on Instagram on Thursday.
"Twenty-one years as a professional cricketer - it&rsquo;s been an incredible journey, filled with many highs and a few lows. Most importantly, I was able to live my dream because I gave you 100 at every step." "As much as I&rsquo;d love to continue this relationship, it&rsquo;s time to face reality." Bravo had stepped away from international cricket in 2021 while concluding his IPL career last year. He has since dabbled with coaching, working with the Chennai Super Kings and the Afghanistan men's team.
"DJ Bravo joining us is an exciting development. His relentless drive to win, along with his vast experience and deep knowledge, will greatly benefit our franchise and players," Knight Riders Group CEO Venky Mysore said in a media release on Friday.
Apart from KKR, he will be in charge the other franchises under the Knight Riders label in T20 leagues. The new role puts an end to his long association with CSK.

The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) on Tuesday appointed former West Indies pacer Dwayne Bravo as the bowling consultant of the national team for the T20 World Cup beginning June 1.
Bravo, a two-time T20 World Cup winner, is set to join the team during the preparation camp ahead of the marquee event in the USA and Caribbean.
"AfghanAtalan have already arrived in St. Kitts and Nevis and are expected to begin a 10-day long training camp, as part of their preparations for the ICC Men&rsquo;s T20 World Cup 2024, which will be overseen by the coaching staff, including DJ Bravo," said ACB in a statement.
The 40-year-old played 295 international matches for the West Indies, scoring 6423 runs and picking up 363 wickets. He also has 100 FC, 227 List A and a mammoth 573 T20 caps to his name.
He is currently the leading wicket-taker in T20 cricket with 625 scalps to his name. In addition, he has scored almost 7000 runs in the format.
Bravo was part of the Chennai Super Kings support staff in IPL 2024.

But he will continue to work with the Chennai Super Kings as their bowling coach during IPL 2023. &nbsp;Laxmipathy Balaji, CSK's bowling coach till last season, has taken a break for one year due to personal commitments.
In a franchise statement, Bravo said that he doesn't have to adjust much from being a player to a coach given he has been working with bowlers during his playing days as well.
Since its inception in 2008, Bravo had played IPL every year except in 2017 when an injury prevented him from representing Gujarat Lions.
The legendary West Indian cricketer made his IPL debut for Mumbai Indians in 2008. With 183 wickets in the IPL, Bravo is the leading wicket-taker after 15 seasons in the cash-rich league.
