Umran Malik's sensational speed, today, has hushed cricket enthusiasts and Pundits alike, but it is the advice from his SRH coaches that have helped him paddle through the troubled waters.&nbsp; In some random conversations with his friend Raman Thaploo, Malik had revealed former South African cricketer Dale Steyn's advice to him.
Steyn told Umran, 'You are born to ride a Ferrari, never switch to a Fiat, Thaploo recalled while speaking with Indian Express. Steyn worked closely with Umran Malik at Sunrisers Hyderabad where the 39-year-old is the bowling coach.&nbsp;&nbsp; Thaploo further revealed Muttiah Muralidaran and Tom Moody's advice to Mallik, 'Their advice was to never compromise with the pace because it is his weapon by which he can terrorise batsmen', he said.&nbsp; India's fastest bowler, the Jammu-based pacer once again turned heads at Wankhede as he eclipsed Bumrah's record delivery of 153.36 kmph by clocking 155 kmph vs Sri Lanka in the first T20I that India won.

West Indian legend Brian Lara has been appointed the Head Coach of IPL franchise Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).
Lara, who was the strategic advisor and batting coach for the team last season, replaces Tom Moody after the franchise decided to part ways with the Australian.
Moody had been part of the SRH coaching staff since its inception. In his first stint between 2013-2019, he took the Men in Orange to the playoffs five times, including the title win in 2016.

In 2021, he returned to the franchise as Director of Cricket. He was then appointed the Head Coach in 2022 after Trevor Bayliss left, but things didn’t quite go to plan as SRH finished 8th in the league.
According to reports, Moody and SRH mutually decided to end their association, with the former Aussie all-rounder recently appointed as the Director of Cricket for the Desert Vipers in UAE’s ILT20.
