K-pop superstar J-Hope, a member of the globally renowned BTS, is set to make his solo debut with the world tour "Hope on the Stage."
The 30-year-old rapper will embark on his first solo tour across 15 cities, including six in North America. This will mark the first time J-Hope steps into the limelight as a solo artist.

 Hybe, the parent company of BTS' label BigHit Music, confirmed the exciting news on Tuesday. J-Hope himself shared the announcement on Instagram, stirring up excitement among his fans.
The tour will kick off in Seoul with three nights of performances, followed by a much-awaited North American leg. The U.S. leg will begin on March 13, with two shows at the Barclays Center in New York. J-Hope will then head to Chicago, Mexico City, San Antonio, and Oakland, wrapping up in Los Angeles at BMO Stadium. This final stop is particularly historic as it will mark the first time a Korean solo artist has headlined a U.S. stadium, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The tour will continue across Asia, with stops in the Philippines and Singapore, among others. Further cities will be announced in due course. While this is J-Hope's first official solo tour, he is no stranger to solo performances. In 2022, he became the first Korean artist to headline the iconic Lollapalooza festival in Chicago.
J-Hope&rsquo;s dedicated fans, known as ARMY, will also have the opportunity to enjoy live-streamed performances from Seoul&rsquo;s leg of the tour, available on Hybe's fan platform, Weverse. It's still unclear whether other stops will be live-streamed.
The "Hope on the Stage" tour is a major milestone for BTS members as they continue with their solo projects following mandatory military service. J-Hope is the second BTS member to return from service after Jin, the eldest member, who returned in June 2024. The group is expected to reunite later this year when all members have completed their service.
Pre-sale tickets for the tour will be available to official ARMY fan club members starting January 22, with general sales beginning the next day, January 23. Ticket details for the Los Angeles show will be announced at a later date, due to ongoing wildfires in the region.

On August 16, protest trucks with messages like Suga should quit BTS, were seen around HYBE headquarters after Suga&rsquo;s DUI scandal.&nbsp;
According to reports, a person allegedly posed as BTS ARMY to organise a protest against BTS member Suga which involved sending trucks and funeral wreaths to HYBE headquarters. &nbsp;
The protest organiser&rsquo;s email address was exposed during one of their fundraising attempts. A pinterest account was found with the same name and e-mail ID. The account had saved NCT members&rsquo; photographs and articles praising former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin. &nbsp;It was also found that the person had also participated in NCT127 fan events. &nbsp;
BTS fans are furious over the new revelations and took to social media to demand an apology from NCTzen and accountability from the fandom. &nbsp;

The singer, who is expected to enlist for compulsory military training soon, took to Weverse and confessed that birthdays are not a special day in his life but he feels &lsquo;blessed&rsquo; to receive abundant love from fans.
RM said he feels he has become a lot more optimistic person in life and has been approaching life with a &lsquo;why not&rsquo; attitude. He also opened up about how he feels that he can express himself best through music.
Concluding his letter, Namjoon assured fans that he was doing well and thanked everyone for the love they showered on him. He said that he might not ask fans to love him but he will try to return the love he receives from the fandom.

BTS member Suga announced his plans for military enlistment a day after concluding his D-Day concert. BTS agency BigHit Music shared a post on WeVerse on August 7 which said that Suga started the process by applying for the termination of his enlistment postponement. The official dates are yet to be announced.

BTS Jin's mandatory military service began on December 13 and all members and ARMY are struggling through his absence. In a recent interview, the band&rsquo;s leader RM addressed Jin&rsquo;s departure, the inevitable military enlistment, the permanence of the members tattoos and what it means for their brotherhood.
RM talked about Jin&rsquo;s last message for them during a conversation with KBS News and said that he told them that he&rsquo;ll go and come back safely. According to RM, Jin said that he will experience it first and tell them all about it.
&lsquo;What I told him was to please look after his health, he is so strong to show his strength, to do as he always does&ndash;quietly and peacefully without any accidents. I cheered for him that way,&rsquo; RM said.
He added he has &lsquo;complicated feelings&rsquo;, but he&rsquo;s calm and confident that Jin is doing well in training and he&rsquo;s waiting with a calm and cool heart.
RM also talked about the enlistment and what it means for the band. &lsquo;The enlistment is of 18 months, there&rsquo;s nothing I can do about it. But there are countless Korean and international ARMYs who believe in BTS,&rsquo; he said.
When asked about the tattoos that each of the members had gotten done in the past six months, he said, &lsquo;Our members do not like tattoos that much, but we got the friendship tattoos for the first time. The number 7 is engraved on different parts of us. With such a mindset, I cannot promise in advance, but we will work hard for us to get back together as soon as possible and show you something only we can do.&rsquo;
Quoting the phrase &lsquo;heavy is the head that wears the crown&rsquo;, RM addressed the pressure and responsibility of leading one of the world&rsquo;s biggest bands. &lsquo;Many people will be able to imagine, but the crown that is BTS is quite happy. I want to accept this fate because I&rsquo;m trying to recognise for myself that I am a person who is precious and blessed,&rsquo; he said.
RM released his album &lsquo;Indigo&rsquo; recently and he is expected to release another album before he departs for military service.&nbsp;
