Samsung to replace Galaxy Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4 screen protector for free

Samsung has previously come under fire for making it difficult for users to replace the pre-applied screen protectors on their foldable phones.

While the company advises against removing the screen protector at home, it does offer free replacements in some countries like the US, UK, and Australia, which can be availed of once during the device's ownership.

However, the situation in South Korea was different, with customers being charged for replacing the screen protector.

However, Samsung has announced that it is extending the free screen protector offer to the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 in South Korea. The offer is valid only for devices purchased until August 31, 2023.

To avail of the offer, users have to get a coupon that'll appear in the Samsung Members app on their phones. This coupon will be valid till August 31, 2024, at any authorised Samsung service centre.
