Samsung's relentless pursuit of software updates is evident once again as it rolls out the latest One UI 6 updates for the mid-range Galaxy F54 and Galaxy M53 in India.

Samsung has released One UI 6 updates for Galaxy F54 and Galaxy M53 in India, based on Android 14.

The updates, while substantial, surprisingly lack the latest security patches, causing concern among users. More Samsung devices are expected to receive similar updates soon.

Latest Software Update Details

Based on Android 14, the updates bring significant improvements and new features to these devices, enhancing user experience.

The Galaxy M53's update, identified as M536BXXU4DWL2, is a substantial 2.39GB download and includes the November 2023 security patch.

Similarly, the Galaxy F54's update, labelled as E546BXXU3BWL1, also weighs in at 2.37GB and comes with the November security patch.

However, it is noteworthy that both updates surprisingly lack the latest security patch, deviating from Samsung's typical commitment to up-to-date security.

Potential Concerns

This deviation from the norm raises concerns among Samsung users, as the company's reputation for promptly providing security patches has been significantly admired.

There is hope for a timely resolution to this anomaly, and users are eagerly anticipating the upcoming December security update to address this matter.

Future Updates

As this round of updates sets the stage, it is anticipated that more Samsung devices will follow suit and receive the One UI 6 based on Android 14 in the near future.
