In addition to a foldable OLED display, the ThinkPad X1 Fold (2022) has 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB of SSD storage.

The new Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold (2022) has a 16.3-inch OLED foldable display with a resolution of 2,024 x 2,560 pixels, a 4:3 aspect ratio, complete DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage, and Dolby Vision compatibility.

According to the manufacturer, the display's maximum brightness is 600 nits. When folded, the laptop's display measures 12 inches.

Lenovo claims that the touchscreen is surrounded by 8mm bezels. Additionally, on-cell stylus support for the Lenovo Precision Pen and Precision Pen 2 is included. The stylus may be magnetically linked to the laptop.

The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold (2022) is equipped with up to a 12th-generation Intel Core i5 and i7 CPU with Intel Iris Xe graphics. It has as much as 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.

The laptop has two Thunderbolt 4 ports, one USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 connector, and a nano-SIM card slot for communication.

The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold (2022) is equipped with a 48Wh battery that supports 65W Rapid Charge. The business says that the laptop's battery may last for up to four hours after thirty minutes of charging. The X1 Fold (2022) weighs around 1.28kg without the stand and keyboard and 1.9kg with the stand and keyboard.

The price starts at USD 2,499. Lenovo claims that the new foldable laptop will be available for purchase in the United States beginning in November. The business has not yet announced plans to release the ThinkPad X1 Fold (2022) in additional areas, including India.
