      One UI 4 features

One UI 4 gets Android 12’s most-wanted feature, as Color Palettes allows you to change device theme colours from options based on your wallpaper. Widgets also get an overhaul, with personalised widget recommendations and rounded corners for every widget. Dark mode UI will now apply on the home screen, affecting the brightness of widgets and app icons.

Users on One UI 4 can now change the size of their picture-in-picture video by pinching with two fingers. The notification shade has received an overhaul, with changes to the brightness slider and media controls. Samsung keyboard now gets integrated support for GIFs, emojis, and stickers.

Privacy is also a focus for One UI 4, with the Android 12 privacy dashboard, which brings all settings and controls into one place. Users will now be alerted with an icon any time an app tries to access the camera or microphone.
