Lord Balaji Temple gears up for devotees post lockdown

The administrative body of the Lord Balaji temple is making preparations to allow devotees for 'darsanam' once the Covid-19 lockdown is lifted, according to a PTI report. Officials of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam stated that limited number of worshippers will be allowed to enter. Bus arrangements with markings for social distancing will be made by the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. 30 passengers will be allowed in the 49-seater buses and 25 in the 45-seater buses. It will be mandatory for all to wear masks. Currently, all rituals at the Lord Balaji Temple in Tirumala are being performed in isolation.
