Can dining out increase your chances of testing Covid+? CDC weighs in

A new study by the US CDC study has found that adults who tested positive for Covid-19 were almost twice as likely to report dining out at a restaurant in the 14 days before becoming ill than those who tested negative.

In addition to this, people who tested positive were also more likely to have visited a bar or coffee, in cases where the persons have otherwise not been in direct contact of a Covid+ person.

The study included data from over 600 adults who got tested at 11 different health facilities across the US.
