FIFA will pay around ₹3000 crore to European football clubs who will send their players for the football World Cups in 2026 and 2030.&nbsp;
European Club Association chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi confirmed the development and called it a landmark agreement.
News agency Reuters reported that the fee had been hiked nearly 70 per cent than the last deal and FIFA will be paying $355 million instead of $209 million that they did for the 2018 and 2022 competitions.
FIFA had earlier announced a 32-team Club World Cup every 4 years, starting June 2025.

According to reports, he went out in the morning by misguiding the security guard and his phone was switched off after some time. Kedar Jadhav's family had filed a missing complaint at Alankar police station.
Police also confirmed that Mahadev Jadhav was suffering from dementia, an impaired ability to remember or think.

Put to bat first, Mumbai Indians didn't look their usual and were struggling at 78/5 at 13.2 overs. England's star left-arm spinner Sophie Ecclestone's 3/15 helped the Warriorz trouble the Mumbai batting order.
Had it not been for Issy Wong's 19-ball 32, MI would have ended with much less than their final score of 127.
Chasing a below-par target, UP too got off to a bad start by losing both their openers Devika Vaidya and Alyssa Healy within the powerplay.
It was Grace Harris (39) and Tahlia McGrath (38) who came to the Warriorz' rescue and handed Mumbai Indians their first defeat of the WPL.
