Earlier, players could only review dismissals based on the onfield decisions but now the DRS can be used to review no-balls &amp; wide calls by the umpires.

The modification to the DRS rule is already being tried in the WPL and will also be implemented in the upcoming IPL season.
With each team getting a couple of DRS reviews in each innings, they can now use them to get an umpire's decision overturned regarding wides &amp; no-balls. Earlier, players could only review dismissals based on onfield decisions.
Mumbai Indians already used the new rule during the opening match, when they got a wide call overturned during spinner Saika Ishaque's spell.
In Delhi Capitals vs RCB match, batter Jemimah Rodriques successfully reviewed a full toss call which was not signalled a no-ball earlier.

A day after the WPL 2023 Auction, the BCCI announced the schedule for the inaugural edition that begins on March 4.
In the opening encounter, Mumbai Indians will face the Gujarat Giants at the DY Patil Stadium.
The WPL will have 22 matches in total, 20 league matches + 2 Playoff games that include the Eliminator &amp; the Final. Top 3 teams will qualify for the knockouts, with the top team directly gaining entry into the final.
There will be a total of 4 double-headers, with the afternoon games starting at 3:30 pm IST. All the evening encounters will begin at 7:30 PM IST. DY Patil Stadium &amp; Brabourne Stadium will host 11 matches each.&nbsp;
The Eliminator will be played at the DY Patil Stadium on March 24. The final will be held at Brabourne on March 26.

I was left with no belief to be very honest I was gone, the tank was absolutely empty but that was my own perspective, that was just me as an individual saying oh I have seen so much of this and I just can't manage it just can't handle it anymore but the next season new people came in they had new ideas there was another opportunity they were excited may be as an individual I wasn't as excited but they created the energy we reached 3 playoffs in a row and now we start every season with excitement and I feel excited now, the person who was not up to the mark' he added.
