This is the investment entity led by Amanda Staveley, who notably facilitated the 2021 acquisition of Newcastle United, primarily financed by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund.

ENIC Sports & Developments Holdings Ltd, which holds an estimated 87% share of the club, is predominantly owned by the family trust of British billionaire Joe Lewis.
