Asian Games 2023 India Schedule Oct 7: Medal events in Hockey, Kabaddi, Cricket, Archery; Day 14 timings

India are well on course to win 100 medals as the 19th edition of the Asian Games would enter its 14th day on October 7th. It has been a historic campaign for India and the medal rain will continue for the nation on the big stage.

While 3 medals are confirmed in Archery, India also have medals assured in Cricket, Kabaddi and Badminton. Jyothi Surekha Vennam will fight for the gold medal finish and her compatriot Aditi Gopichnd Swami will battle for a 3rd place finish in the compound Women's matches. In the men's event, India has 2 medals assured as Ojas Prvin Deotale and Abhishek Varma are set to face each other in the all-India final of compound archery.

The men's and women's kabaddi teams will also eye a gold medal finish as they will play in their respective finals against Iran and Chinese Taipei. In another team event, the Hockey women's team will look to finish with a bronze when they face the Japan women's team.

In Wrestling, Deepak Punia, Yash Tuhir, Vicky Chahar and Sumit Malik will also fight to keep their campaigns alive.
