Mumbai Indians suffered their third-straight loss after LSG triumphed over them by 4 wickets at Ekana on Tuesday.

After losing continuous wickets in the powerplay, MI found an anchor in Nehal Wadhera, whose 46 was the highest score by a Mumbai batter.

Despite his performance, Wadhera admitted at the post-match press conference that if the team had 10-15 runs more on board, the game would've been different.

'We lost a lot of wickets in the powerplay and that did not give us a chance to attack the opposition properly. In that situation, Tilak (Varma) and Ishan (Kishan) were playing well but Tilak unfortunately was run-out. When I went in, during the final over of the powerplay, it was more important to build a partnership during that time,' Wadhera remarked.

The young Mumbai batter went on to add, 'If we managed to stitch up a stand, we have big-hitters towards the end like (Mohammad) Nabi and Tim David. I think we played better according to what the situation required but if we had an extra 10-15 runs on board, the game would have been different.'
