IPL 2024 points table: KKR knocking on playoffs door, MI all but knocked out

The Kolkata Knight Riders are knocking on the playoffs door as they consolidated their 2nd spot in IPL 2024 points table by beating the Mumbai Indians on Friday. They now have 14 points from 10 matches.

Rajasthan Royals continue to lead the table with 16 points from as many outings.

The Lucknow Super Giants and the Sunrisers Hyderabad are on the 3rd and 4th spot respectively with 12 points from 10 games each.

The Chennai Super Kings slipped the 5th position after losing 3 of their 4 last games. They have 10 points.

The Delhi Capitals are in the 6th spot with 10 points from 11 games, while the Punjab Kings are 7th on the table with 8 points from 10 matches.

8th-placed Gujarat Titans are in a muddle as they have also have same points from as many outings as PBKS but have a poor net run rate.

Mumbai Indians continue to be at the 9th position but with 4th consecutive loss, MI's campaign is all but over.

RCB continue to be at the bottom with 3 wins in 10 matches.
