IPL 2023: 'There are many people who...' - Virat Kohli's befitting reply to Simon Doull's remark

Virat Kohli has given a befitting reply to former New Zealand cricketer Simon Doull who passed a remark about the ace batter's strike rate and intent.

Doull complained about Kohli's approach and said that the 34-year-old was more concerned about personal milestones. In the LSG game, where Kohli scored a 44-all 61, Doull opined that while Virat Kohli started off like a train, he was later concerned only about his milestone and highlighted that to reach from 42 to 50, the ex-RCB captain took 10 balls.

To which Virat Kohli responded by saying, 'There are many people who because they have not been in a situation like that themselves, they look at the game differently.'

He also explained that after the powerplay as a batter he tries to figure out what needs to be done against him. He said he takes his time to get big ones in the last 2 overs of that bowler, which helps him in making the rest of the game easy.
