IPL 2023, DC vs GT Preview: Can Delhi Capitals tame the high-flying Gujarat Titans?

Delhi Capitals will have to punch above their weight in order to tame the high-flying Gujarat Titans in Match 7 of IPL 2023 at Arun Jaitley Stadium.

Delhi pacers Chetan Sakariya and Mukesh Kumar lacked the bite in their IPL 2023 opener, with Khaleel Ahmed being the only fast bowler who had a decent outing.

In order to strengthen their bowling stocks, DC could bring in Bangladesh's pacer Mustafizur Rahman in place of either Sakariya or Mukesh.

Meanwhile, defending champions Gujarat have all their bases covered despite Kane Williamson being ruled out of the tournament after a serious knee injury.

Delhi's batting line-up has to be wary of the Titans' bowling line-up which has the likes of Mohammed Shami, Hardik Pandya, Alzarri Joseph and the ever-consistent Rashid Khan.
