IPL 2022 Qualifier 2 schedule, match timings, venue, orange and purple cap holders after RCB vs LSG match

Royal Challengers Bangalore set a date with Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier 2 after they knocked Lucknow Super Giants out of IPL 2022 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Wednesday. Bangalore and Rajasthan will play the Qualifier 2 on Friday (May 27) at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Motera in Ahmedabad.

Rajasthan got a second chance to make it to the finals after they were hammered by Gujarat Titans in Qualifier 1. The winner of Qualifier 2 will play against Gujarat at Narendra Modi Stadium, Motera in Ahmedabad on May 29 (Sunday).

IPL 2022 orange and purple cap holders

Jos Buttler continues to be the leading run-scorer in IPL 2022 with 718 runs in 15 games and currently holding the orange cap. Yuzvendra Chahal has regained the purple cap from Wanindu Hasaranga after he got two wickets in the match against Chennai Super Kings. Chahal now has 26 wickets in 15 games while Hasaranga has 25 wickets in the same number of matches.
