IPL 2022, LSG VS DC: 'Sweet Super Giants' celebrate after winning 3rd consecutive game

Lucknow Super Giants' Jason Holder credited the entire team as the new franchise won their 3rd successive match at the IPL 2022 after defeating Delhi Capitals by 6 wickets with 2 balls to spare.

In the post-match conference, Holder acknowledged that in every game, some or the other payer steps up to take the team over the finish line. 'This game was another example of a complete effort where we've had different people putting up their hands at different stages of the game to get us over the line. And I think the more tight games we win the more confidence we gain from that because it almost feels like sometimes you can win a game from almost any position' he said.

Further, he also praised the team for chasing down a huge total of 210 against Chennai Super Kings. Calling it a massive achievement, the West Indian cricketer said, ' You need victories like that in any given campaign. The manner in which we chased that total with not two or three people standing out but an entire team effort with our batting'

Lucknow who have so far only lost their opener against Gujarat Titans celebrated singing their hearts out. Their Physio led, as the team sang their own version of the famous song of Neil Diamond 'Sweet Caroline' in the locker room after registering a win in their 4th match of the season.
