IPL 2022: Gautam Gambhir's important advice for Lucknow Super Giants' squad ahead of Eliminator

Gautam Gambhir, Lucknow Super Giants' mentor gave his team a pep talk ahead of their IPL eliminator against Royal Challengers Bangalore which is scheduled on Wednesday.

Gambhir asked all the Lucknow players to walk the same path if they want to win the IPL trophy. The best team would not win but the side that will be able to absorb the maximum pressure will take home the IPL title, the former Indian Cricketer said. Lucknow practised on Tuesday for the first time as they missed their net sessions on the previous day due to rain in Kolkata.

Lucknow Super Giants need to win against Faf du Plessis' team who have qualified on the 4th spot for IPL playoffs. If Lucknow wins the match, the KL Rahul-led side will fly to Ahmedabad for Qualifier 2. If they lose they will be Knocked out of the IPL competition. Despite having the same number of wins as Rajasthan Royals, Lucknow finished in the 3rd spot due to their lower Net Run Rate.
