'Our lives are on the line, so if we have to leave our jobs to get justice, we are ready to do that as well,' Punia said. Fellow wrestler Sakshi Malik echoed his sentiments in her tweet. Malik wrote, 'If the job will be an obstacle in the way of justice, we won't waste time and resign immediately.' The Rio bronze medallist added, 'Those who told our medals would be worth ₹15 each are now after our jobs. Our life is at stake, a job is a very small thing in front of that.'&nbsp; On June 5, there was speculation that Sakshi Malik had distanced herself from the wrestlers' protest and Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia would follow suit. However, Malik rejected the rumours.&nbsp;
All three wrestlers - Vinesh, Sakshi and Bajrang - have resumed their government duties in the Indian Railways. The development came to light around two days after the grapplers met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah regarding their demands.&nbsp;

One man who didn't get the amount of credit he deserved following India's historic Test series win in Australia in 2020-21 was undoubtedly Ajinkya Rahane.
After being 36 all out in the 1st Test in Adelaide to Virat Kohli leaving after that, Team India was in a muddle.
The responsibility of an improbable comeback fell on Rahane's shoulders and boy, did he make a statement.
India bounced back to win the series 2-1 and it was regarded as the best fightback in cricket history.
But during this time, Rahane the batter wasn't living up to the expectations. The writing was on the wall and Jinx lost his spot in Tests after India's 2-1 Test series loss in South Africa in January 2022.
In the 12 months before being dropped, Rahane's average fell to exactly 20.
But what changed in just over a year that made Rahane a frontrunner in India's middle order for the most important Test of them all?
Firstly, let's see how Rahane's possible replacements performed when Jinx was out of India's Test set-up.
Shreyas Iyer grabbed his opportunity with both hands with a hundred in his very first Test innings and performed exceedingly well for a while. But unfortunately, he picked up an injury and had to undergo surgery. No one knows when he'll return.
Suryakumar Yadav was brought into the Test team following an exceptional show with the bat in limited-overs cricket but he had a forgettable debut. Sky was out for 8 in the only innings he played and was dropped after that.
Rishabh Pant was India's game-changer in Tests but he had an accident which ruled him out indefinitely.
During this time, a few other batters also went through a lean patch. While KL Rahul underperformed in whites and was later sidelined due to injury, Mayank Agarwal didn't last past the Sri Lanka series in 2022.
When all of this was happening, one batter who made a strong case for a comeback was Ajinkya Rahane.
IPL 2023 saw a different Rahane bat for the Chennai Super Kings. After his initial exploits in the cash-rich league, the BCCI named the 34-year-old in the World Test Championship squad.
But it wasn't because of his fiery knocks in the IPL but the foundation of his comeback was laid sometime back.
The former No. 5 batter for India had a great outing in Ranji Trophy, where he scored 2 hundreds and averaged almost 58.
It was followed by a double ton in the Duleep Trophy. Clearly, the board was left with no other option but to bring Jinx back into the Test set-up.
Rahane's comeback might be circumstantial but the experience he brings to the side might be a blessing in disguise for the Indian team.
Life has now come full circle for Jinx. The man who led India's resurgence against the Aussies back in 2020 now stands against the same opposition 2 years later, where he'll try to end India's decade-long ICC trophy drought.

In a major development in the case against former Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brijbhushan Sharan Singh, the Delhi Police paid a visit to the BJP MP&rsquo;s Gonda home, officials said on Tuesday.&nbsp;
Statements of employees at Singh&rsquo;s UP residence and his associates were recorded by the police. The team of officers checked their IDs and noted their addresses as well.&nbsp;
Officials added that cops are collecting evidence in connection with the case filed against the former WFI chief, and will submit a report in court accordingly.
"A team of Delhi Police visited Gonda and recorded statements of Singh's associates and those working at his house, including his driver. This is being done as part of further investigation to collect evidence and corroborate versions of the witnesses with that of Singh and the complainants in the case," an official said.
"Since the case is very sensitive, we cannot divulge any information regarding it," he added. The country's top wrestlers, including Olympic medallists Sakshi Malik and Bajrang Punia, are protesting against the outgoing Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief, whom they have accused of sexually harassing women.

The grapplers&rsquo; primary demand is the immediate arrest of BJP MP Brijbhushan Sharan Singh, accused of sexually assaulting seven female wrestlers, including a minor.&nbsp;
The Home Minister, reportedly, did not agree to this demand and said that the arrest would only be made according to law and as per the legal procedure, TOI said quoting sources.&nbsp;
But the wrestlers&rsquo; other demands were agreed to by Shah, according to TOI. They include appointing a female official to look after women wrestlers&rsquo; affairs in the new federation, withdrawal of FIRs filed against the grapplers and their supporters after they were detained during their May 28 march to the new Parliament building.
And the fourth request of Malik, Punia &amp; others is that no family member or relative of Brijbhushan Singh be allowed to contest for any post in the anticipated wrestling federation elections.&nbsp; Despite some positive outcomes, added TOI, the wrestlers remained firm on Brijbhushan's arrest as the condition to end their protest.&nbsp;
The meeting which was attended by Sakshi, Bajrang and Sakshi&rsquo;s husband Satyawart Kadian apart from some wrestling coaches. Vinesh Phogat was reportedly absent from the discussion.&nbsp;
On June 5, around two days after the meeting, rumours were afloat that Sakshi Malik had withdrawn from the protest, however the Rio medallist refuted the speculations.&nbsp;

He further said that for the time being the June 9 protest has been called off till another date is decided by the wrestlers.&nbsp;
Meanwhile, a disgruntled Naresh Tikait spoke to the Times of India, &lsquo;If the complainants themselves have decided for a compromise, what can we say?&rsquo;&nbsp;
The BKU President added that they have no idea under what circumstances or pressure the wrestlers decided to rejoin the duties or what the details of the discussion between them and the Home Minister were. After all, it&rsquo;s all about the grapplers, not about the Khaps.&nbsp;
The June 9 protest was scheduled to be held at Delhi&rsquo;s Jantar Mantar by Khap leaders, who had issued an ultimatum to the Centre, demanding ex-Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brijbhushan Sharan Singh&rsquo;s arrest.&nbsp;
The farmer leaders had stated that the government had until Friday to arrest Singh or else they would sit in protest with wrestlers at Jantar Mantar and also organise protests across the country.&nbsp;
