Barcelona vs Inter Milan

Hakan Calhanoglu's strike in the first-half stoppage time gave an easy victory to Inter Milan over Barcelona in the Group C game of the Champions League. Xavi's men, who have failed to score in 4 of their last 5 UCL games, now stand in danger of a 2nd consecutive group stage elimination. However, the biggest talking point at San Siro was Pedri's strike being ruled out by VAR for an Ansu Fati handball.

Liverpool vs Rangers

Liverpool returned to winning ways as they strolled to a 2-0 victory against Rangers in the Group A game of the Champions League. While Alexander Arnold provided an early lead to Jurgen Klopp's men in the 7th minute, Mohd Salah doubled the lead in the 2nd half scoring from the penalty spot.

Napoli vs Ajax

It was a show of dominance as Napoli continued on their winning streak by thrashing Ajax 6-1 in the Champions League. Though Kudus opened the scoring in the 9th minute, Napoli took control thereafter, handing the Dutch giants their heaviest defeat in any competition since 1964. Raspadori, Di Lorenzo, Zielinski, Kvaratskhelia, and Simeone scored the goals as the Italian club won its 7th game in a row across all competitions.

Tottenham were held to a frustrating 0-0 draw by Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League. While Harry Kane and Son Heung Min missed chances, Spurs remained 2nd in Group D on goal difference.

Bayern Munich vs Viktoria Plzen

Julian Nagelsman's side smashed 3 goals in the first 21 minutes as they demolished Viktoria Plzen 5-0 in the Champions League on Tuesday. With their thumping win, the side set the record for the longest unbeaten run in group matches. While Leroy Sane scored twice, Serge Gnabry, Sadio Mane, and Eric Maxim also struck for the German side, handing the team their 31st group match win in UCL.
