Arsenal vs Brighton

Arsenal tightened their grasp on the top spot as Mikel Arteta's men registered an entertaining 4-2 win over Brighton at the Falmer stadium.

Bukayo Saka opened the Gunners' account in the 2nd minute. Martin Odegaard, Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Martinelli scored later to help Arsenal maintain their supremacy in the top spot despite goals from Kaoro Mitoma and Evan Ferguson.

Manchester City vs Everton

Manchester City slid 7 points away from the top spot as Everton held back the Citizens in a 1-1 draw at the Etihad stadium.

Erling Haaland, who was playing his 15th EPL game, stood out yet again for Pep Guardiola's side. The Norwegian found his 21st Premier League goal in the 24th minute. Everton's Demarai Gray, however, levelled it in the 2nd half, thereby hurting City's chances of inching closer to Arsenal in the table.

Manchester United vs Wolves

Marcus Rashford who was dropped from the starting late after oversleeping and arriving late, came off the bench to score a late winner and hand the Wolves a 1-0 loss at the Molineux stadium. The English footballer's 76th-minute goal helped Erik Ten Haag's men move into the top 4 after replacing Tottenham in the 4th spot.

In other results, Fulham defeated Southampton 2-1, Crystal Palace won 2-0 against Southampton and Newcastle and Leeds Unied played a 0-0 draw.
