RPSG chairman Sanjiv Goenka announced that ATK Mohun Bagan will be renamed to Mohun Bagan Super Giants from the next season.
ATK Mohun Bagan was formed as a result of a merger between two football teams from Kolkata, Atl&eacute;tico de Kolkata (ATK) and Mohun Bagan.
However, there have been numerous protests from supporters to change the name and their demand has finally been answered.
