Jubilant Manchester City fans gathered at Depot Mayfield in Manchester to celebrate their team's historic Champions League title win over Inter Milan.

Pep Guardiola's side also became only the 2nd club in football's history to win the treble. Arch-rivals Manchester United were the first to achieve the feat in 1999 under Sir Alex Ferguson.

Chants of 'City, City' echoed around as fans wearing Manchester City jerseys poured out onto the streets with flags after the English club's superb win.

Describing his elation, a 72-year-old fan said, I have waited sixty years to see that. Brilliant. Fantastic. Best night ever. We came back off holiday earlier to watch that. We were in Ukraine last week, doing aid trips. I've been going to Maine Road since I was 12 (years old), and that was just magic'

It is the third time that manager Pep Guardiola has won the Champions League, previously winning it with Barcelona in 2009 and 2011.
