This is what Rishabh Pant would say to Michael Vaughan to upset him on the field

Rishabh Pant often leaves his fans laughing with his chatter with the batters from behind the stumps and the wicketkeeper-batter revealed what he would say to former England captain Michael Vaughan to upset his rhythm.

“I would say (to Vaughan) you’re focussing too much on social media,” Pant replied on a podcast hosted by Vaughan along with Australian legend Adam Gilchrist. His reply left both former cricketers in splits.

When asked what he would say to Gilly to upset his rhythm while batting, Pant said: “He’s in his own zone, you cannot disturb these kind of people. Nothing much I can say to him.”

Vaughan then asked Pant what advice he would give to the English batters, who will play the Aashes in Australia next year.

"They already know what they need to do. As a batsman, I would say a simple thing, instead of punching the ball, look to cut the ball. That’s what I would say (to England’s Bazballers). Because when you punch the ball there is more chances of you getting caught, or just getting out. Australia is the best place for cuts and pulls. The fuller ball will not disturb you much. Mostly it’s going to be back of length. These guys bowl the fuller ball littler wider off the off stump. In England, you can punch the ball in a better way," Pant said.
