IPL 2024 auction: Gujarat Titans full squad, auction buys, remaining purse

Gujarat Titans, the 2022 IPL Champions, made some interesting picks during IPL 2024 auction. They lost their skipper Hardik Pandya to Mumbai Indians ahead of the auction and named Shubman Gill as their new skipper.

GT released 8 players ahead of the auction and came to the auction table with Rs 38.15 crore. They wanted to fill a Hardik Pandya-sized hole and made several interesting picks, including snapping up Shahrukh Khan for a whopping Rs. 7.4 crore. GT also backed young Indian talent and picked players like Kartik Tyagi and Sushant Mishra.

GT will be hoping that the absence of Hardik Pandya will not hamper the team combination. They will be looking to keep their impressive IPL record intact under the captaincy of Shubman Gill.
