BCCI Invites Quotations for Women's Premier League Partner Rights

Mumbai, Oct 22 (PTI) The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the invitation of quotations from reputed companies for acquiring the 'Official Partner Rights' for the Women's Premier League through a competitive tender process. The BCCI has stated that a Request for Quotations (RFQ) document will outline the detailed terms and conditions for the submission and evaluation of bids.

According to a release by BCCI secretary Devjit Saikia, interested parties can access the RFQ by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,00,000, plus applicable Goods and Services Tax. The timeline for this process has been set, with the deadline for purchasing the RFQ being November 12. Parties seeking any clarification can do so until November 14, and the final submission of proposal documents must be completed by November 21.

Interested entities should follow the procedure outlined in the RFQ, which includes emailing payment details to rfq@bcci.tv. The BCCI also noted that only quotations pertaining to product categories that aren't listed as 'Blocked' or 'Prohibited' in the RFQ will be considered eligible.

"Any quotation submitted for a Blocked or Prohibited Product Category will be deemed ineligible and non-compliant," the BCCI clarified, also emphasizing that mere purchase of the RFQ does not automatically qualify a party to submit a quotation.
