"Cyber and information" have become the modern tools for shaping the battlefield,&nbsp;Air Chief Marshal said in his speech at AIMA Conclave 2022.&nbsp;
A well-created narrative in the information domain to adversely affect the&nbsp;enemy,&nbsp;can have devastating effects,&nbsp;Chaudhari&nbsp;mentioned.
As humans become more and more interconnected, a cyber-attack on our networks can cripple command and control structures, Chaudhari noted.&nbsp;&nbsp;"What I am trying to get at is that in the next war, the enemy might not be a country or an&nbsp;organisation," he mentioned.&nbsp;
Future warfare is likely to be hybrid in nature and the spectrum of conflict will be spread across all domains spanning from conventional to sub-conventional, kinetic to non-kinetic, and lethal to non-lethal, all under a nuclear overhang, he said.&nbsp;
"The weapons we are looking at would be ranging from a small computer virus to hypersonic missiles," he added.&nbsp;
"There is a need for us to develop capabilities across the full spectrum of conflict and focus on multi-domain operations. Similarly, our doctrines, equipment, training, and tactics will have to be flexible and able to adapt rapidly to these new challenges," he stressed.&nbsp;

However, the execution was the hardest part for him as everything was shut down during the pandemic, though the government helped in getting special visas and fast-tracking permissions and licenses.&nbsp; It was not just a financial risk for Adar Poonawalla but a reputational risk as well.
When asked why he chose&nbsp;the Oxford-developed vaccine, Adar mentioned four factors that helped him; cost-effectiveness, proven technology, thermostability, and trust factor.
Speaking at the AIMA Conclave 2022, Poonawalla said though there is a first-mover advantage, you can be second or third as well and still do great by&nbsp;learning&nbsp;from the mistakes of others.&nbsp;
Adar mentioned the new variant of coronavirus may cause some disruptions later and that is why it is important to get booster doses. &ldquo;It will reduce the chances of future lockdowns which have created distress and financial loss to everybody,&rdquo; he said.&nbsp;

Sunil revealed his first business was to manufacture cycle parts for Hero Cycles and some other customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;
In a conversation with&nbsp;Sunil Kant Munjal, Chairman, Hero Enterprise, at AIMA conclave 2022, Mittal mentioned that&nbsp;very large business houses whether Reliance or Adani, all entrepreneurs have come through difficult periods of no resources, very little money, but they all hustle their life.&nbsp;
Business is a force for good and it has a very strong multiplier effect in the society that we live in, Mittal said. Bharti&rsquo;s chief pointed out, &ldquo;Our business needs to now speak to society in a much more fundamental way where they are gaining from what you are doing, so it is more than just generating employment or paying your taxes.
Are you doing it in a responsible way? Are you creating enough momentum through your business to accelerate the participation of the people on the margins of society to come into the mainstream?&rdquo;&nbsp; Bharti Airtel fought difficult battles and emerged stronger as a "very stable&nbsp;organisation", after a five-year storm in the telecom industry that was marked by falling revenue and high debt, Mittal said.&nbsp;
Airtel is completely managed by professionals who are best-in-class, he asserted.&nbsp;

These activities were done even as the government worked on the side to minimize the devastating impact of the pandemic on the vulnerable sections of the society,&rdquo; CEA said. Talking about India's commitment to net-zero emission by 2070 and shifting most of the energy to renewables by 2030, Agarwal said though India is not comparable to the United States, as it has not&nbsp;industrialised, India is endowed with low-Sulphur Coal, oil and gas and it is on the cusp of a renewable energy revolution. He said that one day, energy will not involve any input cost, just like telecom, and it would be a service with only capital cost.&nbsp;
Agarwal said that Barmer in Rajasthan, where Vedanta arm Cain Oil and Gas operates an oilfield, has the potential to become Houston that is considered a major global energy hub "The world wants us to stop coal.
The Middle East does not want India to produce oil, which India can produce at $7 a barrel. Barmer can be a Houston," Agarwal said speaking at the seventh National Leadership Conclave of AIMA.&nbsp;
Anil Agarwal also revealed that the company in partnership with Foxconn will set up a semiconductor manufacturing plant in the next two years.&nbsp;

Alok Bansal, Whole-time Director &amp; CFO,&nbsp;Policybazaar&nbsp;said that in the&nbsp;early days of a startup, it's all about survival.&nbsp; &ldquo;It's all about trying to figure out what is the right product-market fit and how to keep the team motivated. Because at that stage, the business goes through so many ups and downs.
And, it's very, very tough to keep yourself motivated and obviously then keep the team motivated. So, it's more about thinking about the immediate future&nbsp;than&nbsp;thinking about a particular&nbsp;valuation&nbsp;that you may get in the future.&rdquo;&nbsp;

Ranganathan, who is also the President of AIMA&nbsp;said trends such as&nbsp;digitisation&nbsp;and technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) are going to "fundamentally redefine" the way businesses are done.&nbsp;
According to him, under Industry 4.0, rapid&nbsp;digitisation&nbsp;is happening around and it is important for the corporate sector to embrace the technology. Earlier,&nbsp;technology&nbsp;was an enabler and is now a strategic tool that has redefined&nbsp;the traditional&nbsp;companies, he added.&nbsp;
Dempo Group of Companies Chairman Shrinivas Dempo said that now every&nbsp;organisation&nbsp;needs to build a culture where its employees are happy.&nbsp;He also mentioned that another challenge for the Indian companies was sustainability.&nbsp;
While noting that the hierarchy of management is getting changed and moving towards shared leadership, he said, "we have to change the definition of 'survival of the fittest' with 'survival of most adoptable', which makes you the fittest".&nbsp;
