Millennials lie the most at workplace as well as on social media

A survey conducted by an online casino PlayStar, on 1,306 participants half male and female found that millennials are the biggest culprits of lying at workplaces as well as on social media.

The findings showed that while 13 per cent of millennials (born between 1981-1996) are the worst offenders and are dishonest at least once a day, only 2 per cent of boomers (born between 1946-1964) lied once per day.

And, Gen Z (1997-2021) and Gen X (1965-1980) have much more in common. Only 5 per cent of them fibbed daily.

According to the survey, it seems workplace is a house of lies with two in five millennials revealing that they have lied to their bosses to avoid embarrassment at office.
