It's time to schedule brainstorming sessions according to the ovulation phases of your monthly cycles!

As per a study published in the Journal Frontiers In Psychology, ovulation might boost people’s creativity and help them come up with original ideas.

For the study, researchers analysed 72 participants between the ages of 18 and 35. They assessed their creativity through different tests and had their ideas rated by trained, independent professionals.

Study authors found that people had the most novel and creative ideas while they were ovulating. The results also suggested that the ovulatory phase increased their productivity.

So, next time when someone says 'oh she must be on her periods,' don't kill them with kindness instead kill them with your ideas!
