Do you get envious of people who sleep as soon as they hit the bed? Well, you shouldn't be because as per sleep scientist Dr Sophie Bostock it is not a healthy sign.

Dr Bostock said that sleeping under five minutes after getting into bed could be a bad sign and reflects unhealthy sleeping habits.

She further claimed that those who sleep under 5 minutes are sleep deprived and they need to improve their sleep cycle.

Moreover, she said that the ideal amount of time to fall asleep is within 15-20 minutes.
