Fashion designer Masaba Gupta is an inspiration when it comes to embracing healthy lifestyle choices. 

Masaba Gupta reveals 3 lifestyle changes she made in her daily life to get fitter

Ace fashion designer and actor Masaba Gupta who has been constantly in headlines for her weight loss, has shared a video on her Instagram where she reveals 3 lifestyle changes she made in her life to get fitter.

In a video, she mentioned that she introduced balance in her life which is a balance of all the junk food she likes and some nutritious and nourishing food. The second thing is she started working out six times a week.

The third lifestyle change she made in order to be fit is that she started spending the first hour of her day just reading and spending with nature, looking out of her window and not at the phone.

The Masaba Masaba actor and veteran actor Neena Gupta's daughter also shared that consistency is the key to everything. She is often seen flaunting her toned body on social media and posts glimpses from her workout videos.

In an earlier post, she had talked about completely giving up refined sugar for 21 days which had also shown major positive results in her body and skin.
