Malaika Arora has shared her 3-step Yoga routine and that is the reason behind her healthy 40s, know how she does it.

Age is just a number, we do mean it and Malaika Arora is the living proof of it. If you follow celebrities' lifestyles religiously then you must've come across the diets they follow and the exercises they do but there is one thing that is now their go-to routine and it is Yoga.

Looks like, the reason behind Malaika Arora's late 40s sexy glow-up is Yoga and she has shared her 3 step routine. She said, it has been a month since Yoga day passed and if there are people out there still waiting for the right time to start, then, that time is now.

Malaika shared her Yoga routine which is divided into three parts:

1. Move- One should practice physical exercises like yoga, gymming and pilates.

2. Breathe- One needs to practice breathing techniques that help to calm the mind and improve lung capacity.

3. Connect- Last step is very crucial as in this, one needs to meditate, even if it is for 5 minutes every day.

She concluded by saying that even if a person spends 5 to 10 minutes every day looking after themselves, it will make a difference in their overall health and wellness.
