After the poster release of 'Chandu Champion', fans are talking about Kartik Aaryan's massive transformation for the film.
Recently, director Kabir Khan shared a post on social media revealing that Kartik lost 39 per cent of the body fat to portray an International-level multi-disciplinary- sportsperson without any help of steroids. He also mentioned that after a year and a half when he took Kartik's photo on the set his body fat was 7 per cent which is an amazing transformation.

According to an expert, a high body fat percentage may put one at a higher risk of lifestyle disease, therefore it's important to maintain your body fat as per your body type.

Here's how one can lose body fat

Balanced Diet: Focus on whole grains, lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats to provide essential nutrients and support overall health.

Regular Exercise: Engage in activities like weightlifting to build muscle, which increases metabolism and helps burn more calories at rest.

Cardio Workouts: Perform activities like running, cycling, or swimming to burn calories and improve cardiovascular health.

High-Intensity Interval Training: Alternate between short bursts of intense activity and rest to maximize calorie burn and boost metabolism.
