Stay hydrated- Drink plenty of water and other sugar free hydration drinks so that the body can easily flush out the toxins. Water also cleanses the digestive system and maintains blood circulation.

Cut down on sugar consumption- Try to cut down on your sugar intake by at least 50% after the festivals, for at least a month. Avoid eating artificial sugar, bakery products, and cold drinks and let your body recover from all the sugar intakes during the festivals.

Keep your meals light- Try to keep your meals light. Avoid spicy and oily food and add more fruits and fibre to your meals.

Include more physical activities - After all the celebrations are over, try not to skip your workout. Yoga, meditation or any kind of physical activity will help you burn those extra festive calories.
