      The number of COVID-19 cases are increasing with each passing day and some parts of the world are currently witnessing a peak. Amidst this, a Danish study reveals that chilli can help recover the sense of taste in such cases.

      According to the study, chilli pepper consumption works as an endorphins enhancer and the essential oil training may benefit those whose sense of smell has not recovered a month after getting affected by coronavirus.

      A compound called Capsaicin is present in foods like chilli which gives them a hot and spicy taste. And, such foods are helpful in regaining the smell and taste that was lost due to coronavirus, as per a Danish study.
