Jaggery

It has been proved in many studies, that eating jaggery every day minimises the effects of air pollution. The anti-allergic properties present in jaggery protects us from the problems caused by pollution or smog.

Flaxseeds

Rich in phytoestrogens and omega-3 fatty acids, flaxseeds can protect against asthma and allergies caused by air pollution. They are also full of antioxidant properties.

Tomato

To avoid the effects of pollution, include tomatoes in your diet. The antioxidant lycopene present in tomatoes, protects against respiratory problems.

Water

Consuming more and more water is important to flush out the toxins that we breathe in. Water also helps maintaining the supply of oxygen in the body.
