Coconut water, cold coffee, iced tea, mojitos and chilled buttermilk are some beverages without which it’s impossible to imagine the summers. And similarly, there are some drinks for the winters that keep us warm during the cold chilly nights. And if you’re looking for some options other than regular tea or coffee, then we’re here to help!

Cinnamon milk

Cinnamon is a spice that is rich in medicinal properties. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects that help in heart health and controls blood sugar levels. A pinch of cinnamon in a glass of warm milk and honey is also a muscle relaxant and sleep inducer.

Warm lemon water

You can also drink warm lemonade with a little honey in winters. Vitamin C present in lemon also works to increase immunity, which will help to steer away from cold and flu in this chilly season.
