This bird’s nest snack is so cute you might wanna just look at it and not eat it. Here’s the recipe

Let’s make these cute bird’s nest snacks. For the nests, mash 3 -4 big potatoes and add grated onions, coriander leaves and paneer and green chilly followed by salt, red chilly powder, chaat masala, roasted jeera powder and turmeric. Mix them well and take small portions of it to carve them into small nests.

Then mix maida, cornflour, red chilly and water and mix. Dip the nest shaped potato mix in it and coat them with roasted vermicelli and set them aside. For the eggs, take mashed paneer, add salt, balck pepper and cornflour. Mix them well and make small balls. Deep fry the nests and the eggs. Garnish the nests with green chutney and your favourite sauces. Put the eggs into it and a small coriander leaf and serve.
