Summer is here and it is time to enjoy everything mangoes. Be it sweet delicious mangoes or the tangy ones, mangoes are just what you need to beat the heat. This summer, make hatke mango pickles at home in a few minutes, using this simple recipe.

How to make mango pickle at home

To make this delicious pickle you need, ½ cup oil, 2 cups mango, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 5 dried red chillies, cup garlic, curry leaves, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder.

First cut the raw mango into small pieces. Now add oil, asafoetida, mustard seeds, dry red chilli, garlic, curry leaves, raw mango, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder in the pan, mix everything well and cook for 3 minutes.

Transfer to an air-tight container and enjoy!
