In one such bizarre turn of events, a video of a street food vendor making a weird dish using eggs and Parle G biscuits has now disgusted the internet.

A video of a street vendor who has a reputation for making up anything and everything using eggs has been shared on Instagram by the page @foodb_unk. This time, he dared to experiment with India's OG biscuit Parle-G, and to say the least, it's downright atrocious.

The video begins with the vendor cracking two eggs into a bowl, followed by chopped onions, turmeric, and salt. After mixing it with a whisk, he pours the mixture on a frying pan and cooks it with butter. He then proceeds to open a packet of Parle-G biscuits and start laying the omelette with Parle-G biscuits and grated cheese. He then garnishes the final product with chopped coriander before serving it hot.
