Summer is the time to indulge in refreshing drinks. Actor Shilpa Shetty's clip making mint nimbu paani is making rounds on the internet. This ultimate drink is a must have to keep our bodies hydrated in this scorching heat.

Recipe to make mint nimbu paani

To prepare this, blend together 2 glasses of water, 2 tsp ginger juice, one and a half lemon juice, 4 tbsp jaggery water or brown sugar, few ice cubes, 1/4 tsp rock salt, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 2-3 sprigs of mint leaves, and 2 tbsp of soaked chia seeds. Your tangy and sweet mint nimbu paani is ready. Serve it chilled with some more ice cubes.
